WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER
All our Next Day and Standard orders are delivered by Hermes and Royal Mail. Orders can be tracked and diverted to your chosen safe place or a neighbour. You can also track & divert your parcel using the Hermes and Royal mail website or mobile app.
We aim to deliver orders shipped to a UK delivery address placed using our Standard Delivery service within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
For UK Next Day delivery, order before 4pm Monday to Sunday. Orders placed after 4pm on any given day may get dispatched that day but are more likely to be dispatched the following working day and therefore delivered the day after. Orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. We do not currently deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

You can follow the progress of your Pinkkaki items in your order by clicking or tapping through from your confirmation email. This will be updated at each stage by our courier. OUR DELIVERY CHARGES ARE :
1. FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £25. Please note an order will not qualify for free delivery if a promotion code reduces the order total below £25
2. Standard Delivery – £2.99 (orders placed before 4pm delivered within 3 to 5 working days)
3. Express Delivery – £4.99 (orders placed before 4pm)
4. Next Day Delivery – £5.99 ( orders placed before 2pm)

Orders placed with Standard delivery are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days.
If you have specific delivery instructions, you can add these to the order using the ‘+ Add delivery options’ box. Our Standard orders are tracked.
HOW DO I SELECT EXPRESS DELIVERY?
1. Add item(s) to your bag and go to checkout.
2. Select ‘Delivery’, and enter your address.
3. You will see three delivery options. For Express delivery, select the ‘UK Express’ option. This will be with either Royal Mail or Hermes, depending on the service available in your area.
4. Continue to payment.
Our express delivery option is free when you have more than £40 worth of full price and/or promo items in your bag

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
You can return any item for a refund with a few simple steps:
1 . Items can be returned back to our office.
2. Please repackage your you wish to return your with the original documentation included.
3. For damaged or faulty items please use our contact centre for a full refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?
For our Royal Mail standard or Express deliveries, you will receive a calling card to reschedule or collect from your local Royal Mail or Hermes. All our standard deliveries are tracked.
